Get to know David

Hi! My name is David Williams and I just started here at Campus Ink on 2/22/22. I moved to Urbana about a year ago because my girlfriend is in Vet School at U of I. We have two dogs and one cat of our own but 4 dogs and two cats total in our house! While not at work or taking care of the animals, I enjoy road tripping, visiting breweries, and going to sporting events!

Customer Success Manager

Summary of Job Title:  

I am currently running the customer support department company wide, with a focus in TMM. My day to day is responding to emails, phone calls, and our TMM socials. I am working towards becoming an account manager for our TMM clients and looking to onboard a new client in the next year or less! If you ever have an unhappy (or happy) customer, send them my way!

What you’re most excited to do at Campus Ink?

I am excited to be a part of a company that has such a great track record locally and has the vision and knowhow to move forward and expand across the country!

A surprising fact about yourself: 

I know American Sign Language (enough to get by) AND my two front teeth are fake.
